I keep messing around with the stat block, and I think I'm pretty much out of ideas of how to improve it further. The Hell Knight was an old conversion I had lying around, and I've decided to throw it here to test the new style for traits and the bigger and more visible HP and Active Defenses section. For monsters with huge lists of traits, I believe this new style makes it much easier to read. I'll update the previous post (the skeleton) with it and you'll see what I mean (it has been updated).
As for the Hell Knight itself, there's not much to say. It comes from the Doom series of games and should be a tank type of monster. I gave him some Armor Divisor to help against those high damage resistances TL9+ have. I debated giving them an Extra Attack or higher Brawling skill so they can Rapid Strike with more certainty. In any case, All-out Attack (Double) is always an option.
As a side note, an updated "The Stat Block Explained" post is probably in order too.
