Today's creature is yet another staple on low-tech scenarios. Whenever you need a tough "military" type man, the Low-Tech Guard/Thug/Soldier can fill the niche.
Coming in on three different experience levels, they should be plenty useful on your games.

I'm curious about the decision to prioritize ST over DX. Any particular reason for that?
ReplyDeleteNothing of much importance, I think. I believe the main reasons were having a higher Dodge when using heavy armor and higher damage (which I find harder to alter on the spot, as opposed to DX or Skill levels).
DeleteI recall reading some time ago how ST 13 was a sweet spot for dedicated fighters and I suppose that also played a part!
